On Saturday September 27th 2025 Vp records hosted reggae entertainer author and poet RICHIE INNOCENT 2nd annual POETRY ECHOES OF EXPRESSIONS featuring various poets such as Marcia Jackson - Blaq Ice - Amaziyah the great and so much more . the event took place from 3 pm to 7 pm at vp retailstore arts center 170-19 jamaica avenue in queens New York . Upon my arrival poet Marcia Jackson was performing with an African drum as she recited her poem .Blaq Ice spoke about life in Chicago - Amaziyah took us back to life in jamaica as a child . The host Sharon Gordon told us stories from her newly release book . Last but not least Richie innocent took to the stage to recite his poems and he also performed his newly release reggae song title Passover .
