I attended a free turkey Thanksgiving feast give away on tuesday november 24th 2020 organize by chidubem in association with feeding nyc . Event took place at occasions catering and banquet hall 127-08 merrick blvd jamaica ny .from 6 30pm to 8 30pm .
Upon my arrival at 6pm i saw a long line made my way towards the front of the line to meet the organizer miss wendy .upon my front of line arrival i saw that they was handing out the turkey feast boxes before 6 30pm .i ask miss wendy why was that and she stated the line was too long and she didnt want them to wait too long in the chilly weather .i was like wow she is such a thoughtful lady .the line was getting shorter i was able to collect my box and i brought it home .inside the box was a big whole turkey ,a loaf cake which i took a piece of immediately and it tasted yummy ,cans of food items and a big bottle of apple juice .i was thankful for the turkey feast box .thank you to miss wendy ceo of chidubem and occasions catering and banquet hall for giving back to the community. Dj was playing a few tunes as well which was awesome .
