VP RECORDS - VINYL SHOWCASE 2023 RECORDSTORE DAY

 

On Saturday April 22, 2023 Vp records celebrated another year of Recordstore Day - Vinyl Showcase .in which no labtops or cds are allowed only strictly vinyl records allowed . This year sound systems and Dj’s that participated are glamour Wayne who was at the turntables when I arrived ,dj gringo - killa boo from king Addie’s sound - superforce sound - pretty posse and a few more . Dancehall legends Johnny osbourne - lady Ann and Marcia aitken made their appearance . Miss pat the ceo of vp records was in the museum side of vp records book signing and taking pictures with everyone . It was another awesome year of record store day . RICKY TROOPER DAUGHTER CANDLE 🕯️ LIGHT VIGIL

Today Friday April 14th 2023 at 7 pm at 16 Verene avenue off cassia park avenue Kingston jamaica .  will be the candle 🕯️ light vigil and balloon 🎈 release for Brianna destiny McKoy the slain daughter of dancehall selector ricky trooper . Brianna was killed  last week at the hands of her boyfriend in Connecticutt police are now searching the states for her killer . Her father ricky trooper made a public thank you to all those that sends their condolences and comforting words in the lost of his daughter . The entire dancehall fraturnity is standing by ricky trooper with full support . See videos below . The family and friends of Brianna did a balloon release on wenesday April 12th 2023 in Connecticutt in remembrance . Condolence once again to ricky trooper and the family in these sad times . 🕯️🕊️ REST IN PEACE BRIANNA 🕯️🕊️. gone too soon 🕯️🕊️.

🕊️ DANCEHALL SELECTOR RICKY TROOPER MOURNS THE LOSS OF HIS DAUGHTER

 

Greetings once again everyone . Today blogspot article is a very sad article . Dancehall selector Ricky Trooper is grieving the recent death of his daughter Brianna aka bribalenciaga (her instagram name ) . His daughter was found unresponsive with gunshot wounds in a condominium in the state of Connecticut. Police are now searching for the male suspect and has issued out a wanted poster with the male suspect that many say was her boyfriend . The news of ricky trooper daughter passing has the entire dancehall fraturnity in sadness . Various entertainers such as bounty killer - tony matterhorn - Richie feelings posted the wanted poster of the suspect .dancehall legend cutty ranks expressed his condolence to ricky trooper and the family via video . Ricky trooper posted a video thanking all those who have been reaching out to him ,he spoke about his daughter of how much he loved her and misses her . He states he is at a great loss at this time and that he is trying to be strong for himself and the rest of his children and family members . Police have issued a wanted flyer of the suspect the second flyer states the suspect is on the run towards the florida state if seen please call the police . NINJAMAN PRISON LETTER PART 2 RELEASE

 

Incarcerated dancehall legend NINJA MAN has written another letter expressing his concerns and opinion on things taking place on the island of jamaica . Released to media personality author and entertainer jo jo Mac whom reads out ninja man second letter below . Ninja man shares his opinion on sting 2022 and how the government needs to supply the yutes with community projects and jobs in order to keep the crime rate down in jamaica . He states the government of jamaica needs to stop blaming the Jamaican music for crime .
