Dancehall artist POPCAAN recently made headlines for his community service in the parish of st Thomas . The dancehall entertainer took up the responsibility of cleaning out the clogged drains so that the community does not flood out when heavy rains fall . He has been hailed a hero because it is not his job to do . We all know popcaan loves his hometown parish so of course he felt it was his duty .
